ECG of the Week - 17th December 2018 - Interpretation

The following ECG is from a 55 yr old female who presented complaining of chest  pain and dysponea.

Rate:

• 72 bpm

Rhythm: 

• Regular 
• Sinus Rhythm 

Axis:

• RAD

Intervals:

• PR - Normal (~160ms)
• QRS - Normal (60ms)

 Additional:

• Complete lead inversion leads I & aVL
• P / QRS / T inversion

Interpretation:

• Lead reversal LA / RA
• Results in:
• Inversion of lead I
• Switch of aVR & aVL
• Switch of II & III
