- Normal (+60 deg)
- PR - Nil clear p waves
- QRS - Prolonged (160ms)
Interpretation:
- Broad Complex Tachycardia
- Ventricular Tachycardia
- SVT with aberrant conduction - pre-existing or rate related bundle branch block
- SVT with pre-excitation (WPW)
