ECG 1 Anteroseptal ST elevation with reciprical inferolateral changes. Q waves V1 - V3 ? old or new. Left axis deviation.

ECG 2 Decrease in ST elevation and ST depression. Could this be just because of treatment given or is it resolving changes?
