    Rate 72, Rhythm regular, Axis normal
    P for every Q, inverted in aVR and V1
    Wide QRS w upsloping R segments and ?RSR in V5 and 6.
    T wave inversion in V1-3 w biphasic T in V4.

    =?WPW w Delta waves.
