Rate: a-rate 300Hz cycle, V-rate of ~90 bpm. Regularity: regularly irregular P-waves: Negative F-waves present (CCW flutter) PRi: FRi interval shows progressive lengthening then a drop. QRSd: Narrow
Axis: normal QTi/QTc: normal ST/T-waves: F-waves cause pseudo-J-point elevation in V2-V3 and pseudo-J-waves in II/III/aVF.
DDx: typical atrial flutter with AV Wenckebach conduction (7:2). The patient either has AVN disease or some therapeutic level of a medication slowing conduction thru the AVN.
