  1. Gorgeous flutter.

    Rate: a-rate 300Hz cycle, V-rate of ~90 bpm.
    Regularity: regularly irregular
P-waves: Negative F-waves present (CCW flutter)
PRi: FRi interval shows progressive lengthening then a drop.
    QRSd: Narrow

    Axis: normal
    QTi/QTc: normal
    ST/T-waves: F-waves cause pseudo-J-point elevation in V2-V3 and pseudo-J-waves in II/III/aVF.

DDx: typical atrial flutter with AV Wenckebach conduction (7:2). The patient either has AVN disease or some therapeutic level of a medication slowing conduction thru the AVN.
