A weekly ECG / EKG review blog looking at some interesting ECG's from the world of Emergency Medicine. #FOAMed Supporter
Rhythm: Sinus bradycardia- Regular @~55 bpm- Sinus P-waves associated 1:1 with QRS- Normal PRi- Narrow QRS @ 100msAxis: -15deg (between I/aVL), roughly perpendicular to aVF/II12-Lead:- Late R-wave transition- Intraventricular conduction oddities in the limb leads- Diffuse symmetric T-wave inversionVery ominous findings consistent with a hemorrhagic stroke (SAH, cerebellar hemorrhage, etc).
I agree with Christopher. I would strongly suspect a central nervous system disorder (e.g., intracranial hemorrhage).
