sinus, first degree AV block about 40 possible V3 V2 misapplication long QT-U wildly abnormal QRS axis
I agree with RA-LA swap, we've also got a late transition, 1AVB, and once we flip over all of our leads we may find Q-waves in the inferior group (old MI?).
