  • Sinus Rhythm
  • Irregular 
Axis:
  • LAD (-60 deg)
Intervals:
  • PR - Normal (~160ms)
  • QRS - Broad (~160ms)
  • QT - 400ms
Segments:

  • ST Elevation V1-3, aVF

Additional:

  • rS Complex V1
  • Notched R wave V6
  • T inversion aVL, V6
  • T flattening V5
 
Interpretation:

  • LBBB
  • Sinus Arrhythmia - consider drugs, ischaemia, sinus node dysfunction

  1. One interesting thing of note is after the late 5th complex we get a doubling of the previous intrinsic rate, before slowing. A longer strip would certainly help confirm sinus arrhythmia.
