Very short PR interval and ?Delta waves in V3-4.?WPW type 1.
Thanks Andre,I agree the 6th complex in the precordial leads V1-3 looks WPW-ish. Have another look at the p - qrs relationship in the rhythm strip, is it a 1:1 relationship ?John

Hi Domhnall,Glad you enjoyed the ECG.I don't think there was a clear clinical indication likey that patient mentioned cardiac history and ECG happened. It did provide us with a great ECG though :-) John
