This weeks ECG is from the same patient as last week following treatment with calcium gluconate & dextrose insulin infusion.

Rhythm:

• Sinus
• Regular

Axis:

• Normal (45 deg)

Intervals:

• PR - Normal (~160ms)
• QRS - Normal (80-100ms)
• QT - 320ms (QTc Bazette ~ 420 ms)

Segments & Additional

• Nil abnormailty

Interpretation:

• Resolution of changes associated with hyperkalaemia following treatment
