The following ECG is from a 75 yr old male who presented hypotensive and febrile with suspected intra-abdominal sepsis.

ReplyDeleterhythm: sinus rhythm, with a run of non sustained vt for 2 sec.
axis: left axis
p wave peaked in lead 2 , pr interval 160 ms
narrow qrs complex, ??with early repolarisation??
poor r wave progression of chest leads
with rs complex in v6
shivering artifacts ,
hyperkalemia, with acidosis
