Rate: a-rate 300Hz cycle, V-rat...Gorgeous flutter.<br /><br />Rate: a-rate 300Hz cycle, V-rate of ~90 bpm.<br />Regularity: regularly irregular<br />P-waves: Negative F-waves present (CCW flutter)<br />PRi: FRi interval shows progressive lengthening then a drop.<br />QRSd: Narrow<br /><br />Axis: normal<br />QTi/QTc: normal<br />ST/T-waves: F-waves cause pseudo-J-point elevation in V2-V3 and pseudo-J-waves in II/III/aVF.<br /><br />DDx: typical atrial flutter with AV Wenckebach conduction (7:2).
